Shipping policy

THE NETHERLANDS

FREE delivery for orders over €100
For orders between €60 and €99,99 we charge €5,99 (standard shipping)
For orders between till €59,99 and below we charge €3,99 (small package shipping) 

EUROPE

Standard shipping with track & trace: Depends on country. The shipping amount will be calculated at the checkout. Orders over €120 will be provided free delivery. 

We are located in Europe and for the surrounding countries (Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Germany) we charge €9,99. For other countries the shipping rates can differ. Please find other shipping rates in the check out process. 


REST OF THE WORLD

STANDARD WORLDWIDE SHIPPING:
We offer standard worldwide shipping for €19,99 on orders below €130.
For orders from €130 and higher we will charge €14,99.  For orders above €200 free shipping will be provided. 

ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will receive a confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. Please re-check your shipping address for mistakes. Extra shipping cost as a result of a wrong address will be for the client's costs.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel. Please note that during sale and collection releases, dispatch time may take up to 5 days.

SHIPPING METHODS

Packages will be shipped using standard shipping services, which are PostNL, DPD and DHL parcel and DHL Express. 

 

CUSTOMS

Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by DISSCONDUCT, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. In the event that your order does not arrive within the approximate delivery period stated, we will do our best to assist in tracking your order. In the event of non-delivery of your order, we are unable to process a replacement order until 21 business days following the original shipment date. 

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by DISSCONDUCT.
